Yes, it's that time of year again - this is when you do all your Award voting on the website (don't forget the Silly Awards!), put on your glad rags, and tootle off to the Club Annual Dinner. It is a wonderful chance to catch up and socialise with Club Members. New members are very welcome.

We are going back to Julimar State Forest to see what it looks like in the day time. With more time to do the trip we should be able to do sections that we missed during the night drive.

Perth Subaru Alliance event – “SubiFest”

Subie Fest WA is a Subaru based car show displaying WA's Subaru community whilst raising funds for local charities. Last year we raised $5000 for Breast Cancer Care WA and this year we are supporting Perth Childrens Hospital Foundation (All profits to PCHF).

Wedged Tailed Eagle Retreat

Brief:  For the long weekend we are going to Wedged Tailed Eagle Retreat (https://www.facebook.com/wedgedtailedeagleresort/), which is a 40 acre farm property (with a few hundred sheep) out of Boyup Brook.  There are 3 separate campsites and we have opted for bush camping along the banks of the Blackwood River.  There are also a couple of dams on the property as well as the Blackwood River, so children will need to be supervised near the water.  The camp site is suitable for camper trailers and caravans that can be towed across a paddock.

Sunset picnic and paddle

This is a social outing and we will meet at the Kent Street weir for a picnic dinner and people can go for a paddle beforehand.

There will be spare canoes and kayaks available if you want to give it a go.
